Going back home from Vero question..

We were thinking of taking a 10:30 am flight out of Orlando( mco) if we left at 5:45 am ugh would we hit much traffic on a Tuesday during the work week this is the Tuesday after memorial day. It's just that flight alone would save my family about $200.00 instead of doing a later flight.

If I recall, the trip to the airport is around 90 minutes. Leaving at 5:45 would get you there at 7:15, 3.5 hours before your flight. You would have plenty of extra time for traffic. We have never had bad traffic from Vero to the airport, or from WDW. Make sure of your directions because we have had some bad luck with GPS as you get closer to MCO. Hope this helps!

I would suggest you allow 2 - 2 1/2 hours to MCO from DVB.
Travel time from the port canaveral area is close to 90 mins.

I agree. Plan a minimum of 2 - 2/12 hours for the drive. Especially if you have a rental car to return.
