Going back for 2 days in July...what do we need to know?

Our last trip to Disney was going to be our last trip for a VERY LONG time. I don't want to get into the reasons, but we have a large amount of Disney Rewards points to use. Since we will be in Orlando anyway, we decided to use the points to go to parks for 2 days. I have a few questions on what to expect:

1. Is there a mask requirement on Magic Kingdom and Epcot?
2. Have they started pin trading again (if it even stopped)?
3. How do you buy a pass and choose the day and park? When I go to purchase tickets, it lets me purchase by not choose the park. Maybe because I have not fully purchased.

We choose to wear our mask in enclosed spaces but it's not required if you are vaccinated.
I'm so over pin trading I feel they keep it going because they sell so many, but my kids still traded with CMs.
