OMG!!!! I was catching up on all of your posts from the last couple of weeks and then I see your news! Congratulations! I'm so happy for you. I didn't even notice the name change in your title until after I read your post. Shows how observant I am at this time of night.

Very nice ring! Very sweet proposal. I was thinking it would happen on the trip during Spring Break, so he did good with the surprise part of it. Oh, BTW - congrats on your graduation as well. You have had a lot going on!!

How's your little guy? Is he excited about Christmas? I'm sure he will have a great day since your family all loves him so much.

One last thing...I used to work for a wedding company, so if you need any help or ideas, just let me know! :goodvibes

#10 of my Top 10 Epcot Favorites

Oooh yes it is Le Cellier! To anyone who has not been there before- please try it! Here's what the WDW website has to say about it:

"Le Cellier Steakhouse in the Canada Pavilion offers refuge to red meat lovers beneath the bustle of Epcot theme park in a setting inspired by the wine cellars of the grandest Canadian château-style hotels: Le Château Frontenac and Fairmont Château Laurier.

At Le Cellier Steakhouse, feast on regional cuisine based on recipes from the provinces of Canada. Open for lunch and dinner, the restaurant features succulent prime rib and filet mignon from aged corn-fed beef, and pan-seared seafood, along with its signature dish, Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup. The extensive children's menu aims to please the picky eater.

Warm each meal with a fine Canadian wine, chosen from the vintages displayed in glass and wood cases surrounding the restaurant's intimate interior illuminated by ambient lighting. The dessert menu includes a chocolate "moose" with character.

To ensure a seat at this celebrated cellar decorated with stone arches and candle chandeliers, make reservations up to 180 days in advance. Then head north for a sensational sizzling steakhouse experience."

Clue #1:

"I'll get you my pretty...and your lil' dog too!"

I know this one!! It's the Great Movies Ride!!! One of my absolute favorites in the whole park.

OK Here is the situation. (everyone feel free to flame me!:lmao:) I know you love WDW- I do too. But you should reconsider and go to the 'real' Hawaii on your honeymoon. Here are a few reasons:

1) It is awesome!
2) It is much easier to travel there when you don't have kids
3) You can make it to WDW anytime with kids
4) Unless you do a lot of traveling, it is a one in a lifetime experience
5) 5 different islands to chose from- from busy to remote
6) Pictures don't do it justice... you need to see it with your own eyes
7) Did I mention it was awesome?:upsidedow

We went to Hawaii for 9 days (3 days in Oahu & 6 in Maui) and then to L.A. for 3 days on our honeymoon. We had the best time. You can sight see, swim in unbelievable crystal clear water, lay on the beach, eat at great restaurants.. etc all on the same trip. It is like being in the caribbean except all american. :beach:

Thanks for the tips, Tim. I wish we could go to the real Hawaii! Plus, I wish I could talk myself into getting on a plane for that long. I don't know if I can handle that!

How's your little guy? Is he excited about Christmas? I'm sure he will have a great day since your family all loves him so much.

One last thing...I used to work for a wedding company, so if you need any help or ideas, just let me know! :goodvibes

Thanks so much! He did want to do it on our trip in March, but he just couldn't wait that long.

We have had an exciting month!

The little guy is doing great. Last Thursday was my first day home for break, and I took him to get his haircut. He did NOT want to do it at first, but then the nice lady bribed him with a candy cane. LOL. So, he did sit still, but he wanted to be on my lap. The lady kept asking me if I wanted to wear a cape and I said I was fine because he was just doing so good! Now he looks like a big boy!

He is very excited about Christmas. He has this thing where he just opens his presents as fast as he can without even really looking at them, LOL, so we're all going to make sure we are all in the living room when he gets here so we're ready.

Is Dylan ready for Christmas? I hope you have a great one!

Before I forget, my answer to your question is the Great Movie Ride. I love that ride!

I had to laugh when you talked about the haircut. We usually have Dylan sit on Todd's lap to get his cut too. It usually goes ok, but it's a struggle. This last time we went to a different person, and she had a little horse for him to sit on, and it was set up in front of a TV. So he watched Thomas the Train while he got his hair cut and he barely moved an inch. I hate getting him a hair cut too, because it instantly makes him look older. That makes me sad. :sad2:

We've had Dylan open a couple of gifts already and he gets involved with one and then doesn't even want to open anything else. So we will have to space it out on Christmas morning so that he has the time to play with things in between. I think this year will be so fun because he is understanding things so much more.

If I don't talk to you before Christmas, have a great holiday with your family! :goodvibes

hmmm.. I have to say this one took a bit for me to figure it out. At first I thought ok.. this is from Wizard of Oz.. and then I thought "a ride about movies".... and then it clicked "The Great Movie Ride" This was the very first ride DH and I rode on our first trip together to WDW. great memories and a great ride. :goodvibes

The great movie ride? I loooove Wizard of Oz! When I was in 7th grade and my hair was still brown :rolleyes1 people used to tell me I looked like dorothy b/c I'd wear this shirt with her picture on it. ohh man. Are you all ready for Christmas?!

This is one of my favorites The Great Movie Ride.

A big boy haircut. I remember those, when they start to loose their baby look.

Wow, that sounds so neat to have him sit in a horse..with a tv!

It really is great seeing them understand/talk so much more.

Have a good Christmas too!

You beat me to it. So, Merry Christmas right back to ya! :santa: (This guy has gotten a workout this month, since he's the lone Christmas smiley.)

I know it will be a special one - your first as a fee-ahn-say! :goodvibes

#1 of my Top 10 DHS Favorites

Ooooh..you guys know your rides! It is the Wizard of Oz scene of the Great Movie Ride! Here's what the WDW website has to say about it:

"The Great Movie Ride at Disney's Hollywood Studios theme park is an attraction for all ages that celebrates Hollywood and the history of film.

The thrill begins when you enter the full-scale reproduction of Hollywood's historic Grauman's Chinese Theatre. As you wander through the lobby of the theater, check out the rotating exhibit of costumes, props and set pieces on display, which may include a pair of Dorothy's ruby slippers from the classic The Wizard of Oz.

Then you're ushered onto The Great Movie Ride for a journey that'll put you in the middle of the action from gritty gangster flicks of the 1930s to the adventure of contemporary classics such as Raiders of the Lost Ark—and provide a few surprises along the way, too!

Through the use of film footage, special effects and nearly 50 lifelike Audio-Animatronic replicas of legendary movie stars, some of the most memorable moments in motion picture history are recreated, including scenes from:

Alien
Casablanca
Fantasia
Mary Poppins
Raiders of the Lost Ark
Singin' in the Rain
Tarzan the Ape Man
The Public Enemy
The Wizard of Oz

If you've always wanted to be in the movies, this is your chance!"
