Hi all! Just booked after Memorial Day, and am absolutely ecstatic. This is my and my DH's 6th trip, our DD(9)'s 3rd.

This time around, we're taking our DMIL, DFIL, DBIL, DSIL, DNiece(5) and DNephew(2).

Was just able today to book our ADR's. We'll be eating at the following:
- Whispering Canyon
- Cape May Cafe
- Garden Grill
- Princess Breakfast at the Akershus
- Restaurant Marrakesh
- Boma

We're heading to the Magic on December 11th, and staying through to the 16th. We'll see you in the CSR Cabanas!

Stay tuned for more planning excitement!

I also just booked my vacation for Nov. 29th-Dec. 7th--We are staying at Port Orleans Riverside on a 9 day Magic Your Way w/ dining (VERY EXCITING) There is going to be 9 of us --My family(2 adults and 2 kids) and my Sister-in-law and Brother-in-law and their 3 kids. We are considered a Grand Gathering so we will be able to enjoy that aspect of Disney also...

We have just booked our ADR and we will be eating at:
Chef Mickey's
Sci-Fi Restaurant
Ohana's
Rain Forest Cafe in AK (not on the dining plan, but a must)
Cape May Cafe
Crystal Palace
Garden Grill
1900 Park Fare

(We still have 2 more spots to choose to eat) Any suggestions????

So excited and waiting patiently!!!

Well we have changed quite a few things since this was first posted---we are now leaving on Nov. 28th until the 7th and because of the new discounts for this time frame we have changed from the basic dining plan to the Deluxe Dining, which only costed $100 more than our original plans (YEAH!!!)...

We are still eating at all of the above minus Rainforest Cafe and now have ADR's for the following:
Polynesian Luau
Tusker House
Kona Cafe
Chefs de France
San Angel Inn
Biergarten
Mama Melrose
50's Prime Time Cafe
Tony's Town Square
Boatwright's Dining Hall
Spoodle's
Teppan Edo

We are also doing the Grand Gathering's Fireworks Voyage--which should be wonderful!!

Kona Cafe is a must for us
with a group maybe whispering canyon cafe at the WL fun time and will allow you to get to see the decorations at the WL

our dining choices are Kona cafe Rose and Crown Whispering canyon and mama melrose ...dining choices based on location this year so we do not spend so much time traveling to locations for dinner.

booking candlelight processional package tomorrow and then after that it is time to just count down the days :rolleyes1

I am so jealous. I am going in December, but not until 2009.

Have a wonderful time in WDW in December - that is my favorite time to go. :)

We've booked for 2nd Dec for 14nights, can't wait. Have already booked all our ADR's and now we are just planning other bits and bobs like park days etc.

We have 4 days that we aren't sure what to do with. DB wants to do a tour (we are already going to Universal and IoA - did Seaworld last year) but we aren't really sure what else to do. Any suggestions?

Everything is booked for us now, we have a game plan for the parks that set our dining plans. i even bought a new bag for the parks the vera bradley hipster! now it is going to have to sit in the closet for 5 months mocking me every time i get dressed! when have i ever wished summer would flash by!!!! only when you have disney on the brain.

things left to do.....order birthday cake to be in the room or at our first restaurant kona cafe. is it bad i will be getting my own birthday cake :rotfl: if i do not handle some things around here they will just not get done!

Sorry I haven't stopped by my own thread in a while. Already changed my ADR from Whispering Canyon to Hollywood and Vine so that we can hit Fantasmic the first night we're there.

Airtran has already changed both our flights. Same days, livable times. Guess we've gotta roll with what we get for the most part these days...

Made my daily spreadsheet guide for distribution to the rest of the family. For the amount of folks going, you gotta have a plan. Worked the meals in around parks times and EMH's. I don't plan things down to the minute, mind you, and there's plenty of flexibility. It'll be interesting to see how well we stick with it. If you want a mock-up, please PM me.

Still, hoping to start adding video clips to this thread as I get the chance. (I got one of those flip videocameras. :cool1: ) Alas, right now, I really don't think people want to watch me sitting on my couch surfing the 'net. :surfweb: I'll keep ya'll posted on the links when I get that far.

Keep the posts coming!

OK so maybe I'm doing this backwards, but this is us somewhere in the back reaches of DHS:

EDIT: Me and DS(7) with BFF and her DD(7) and DS(6) at ASMu December 1-8 ... and they're first timers :) So happy to share the magic!

So far:

MVMCP
Garden Grill
Akerhaus Storybook Dining
Sci-Fi
Cape May
Yak & Yeti
Tony's Town Square

Woo hoo!

I found the best thing today at Sam's Club... That is if you like ice tea! 4C make those little packs of tea mix that you can put in a bottle of water. Four different flavors! :woohoo: I think those will be with me everywhere I go at the park, 'cuz we all know that the water tastes a little funky!

We will be at BCV from Dec 7-14. I need to figure out a ticker any suggestions for a easy one? Thanks :cool1:

First trip to the world for DS4 and mysefl and hubby and dad in law have not been for about 16 years.Staying at All Star Movies 1st till the 15th December...:bananaI get to celebrate my B Day at Disney and am way too excited!!!

We will be there Dec. 17-24 this year we're celebrating my DD 12th b-day at disney.:thumbsup2

:cool1: We will be staying at ASMu Family Suite Dec 11th-16th!! Can't wait!! I will be keeping my eye out for those Lime Green Mickey Heads!!:cool1:

We'll be at ASMo Dec 5-12!

2nd trip for me and DH (land and sea disneymoon back in 2000!) and 1st trip with kiddos (also 2 sets of first-timer grandparents!!)

We're sooo excited!!! Anyone doing anything special to countdown with the kids?? We decorated a box with disney pics and cut a hole in the top for the kids to save their money! Everytime they find a penny or nickel on the floor they run it over to the box!!

My DBFF and I will be there from 12/13-12/20/08 and staying at BWV with Boardwalk view!! I can hardly stand it I'm so excited :cheer2: Not sure right now if she will still go - I really would like my DS15 & DS21 join us but she isn't too excited about that idea. I think she would back out if I told her they would like to go. (may be a better idea to just go alone with them sometime in 2009)

Can't wait to visit Teppan Edo again and HS and Epcot and Magic Kingdom and see the characters and ride Soarin' and try out Mission Space and see Fantasmic for the first time and ride TOT a million times and people-watch and ride EE over and over again and well you get the picture :rotfl2:
