GOH Badges

Just wondering-Do you order yours ahead or pick them up at WDW? Where do you order from? Where do you pick them up in the World? Thanks for the help!

you can order them in advance from The Christmas Store. They can be delivered to your resort and picked up at the gift shop. You can also go to the shop itself and get them. I know there are other places to get them also

i read about them all the time, and i am embarassed to admit, i have no idea what they are! would love to know...TIA!

Guest of Honor Badges are name tags, they are very similar to the ones that CM's where. They used to be red with Mickey on them, but they have a veritble plethura of choices. You get some special attention wearing one, CM's will call you by name, but that's about it. I think that www.laughingplacestore.com has the best price for them. Something like $10.40, they also have them at www.mainstreetmegastore.com and www.giftsofalifetime.com but they are more expensive there. Does anyone have the Christmas Store ph. # to post here? I know I saw it just a week or so ago. I can't decide which one I want! I like the Chip 'N Dale one, but it's so oddly shaped (well, so NOT like the other ones), I like the Figment badge, the Villains badge, and of course the 50th anniversary badge - gold or black!

thank you so much. i am going in January with DH, 3 DD's, my sister, my parents and my grandmother. i was trying to come up with something cute to get for everyone that wouldn't cost an arm and a leg, and this might be a really good idea!

Hi Pooksma! Met you at the Moncton DIS meet this spring! I think the GOH badges are a great idea - I'll get them for my parents and sister too (doubt they'll wear Mickey Ears like me and DS8!)

Just keep in mind, if you haven't already read it on another thread, you will have to leave a message no matter when you call and wait for them to call you back to place your order. I've read that it can take up to a week and that all calls are returned on Tuesdays. I left a message today, so we'll see what happens...

UPDATE: Here's what happened, I called in the morning and left a message and got a call back already this afternoon!

The badges should be waiting at the gift shop in our hotel before we even get there. Woo Hoo! Love you Marina at The Christmas Store!
