Souvenir coffee up from GOG did not survive the trip home. We have had warranty issue stuff sent to us before but anyone ever had any luck having them resend stuff like that. Not looking for free but just for them to send a duplicate.

Contact Disney and see what they can do for you. I'm guessing you need to talk to their park merchandising department. I have read accounts on these boards many times when people had similar issues and were able to obtain replacement items.

I had something similar happen to a musical jewelry box from WDW, I called merchandise guest services and they sent me a replacement.

I wish I knew this... my 60th water bottle had a cracked top that I didn't notice until I got home. I carry the lid in my purse trying to find another that will fit my bottle....sigh

Thanks everyone will give it a try ...we enjoy that souvie as we drink coffee daily; each cup has a memory to a specific trip, it is fun to use and think back . Our last cup before this was TOT boy In hindsight I am sure glad we bought that one.
Three things get bought each trip (OK probably more but these 3 for certain) a mug , a Christmas ornament and a photo frame for the group pic.

Ps. If anyone knows the email I would appreciate it..I have called before but is typically long and I am calling from Canada. ..I know there is an email just need to find it

Years ago, a toy of DD's broke in the transport home. I emailed them (sorry, don't know the email now) and they needed the receipt number. I was hoping to be able to purchase a new one, but about a week later a brand new one showed up in the mail.

Thank you ..fingers crossed ..it was so disappointing

The lid for the 60th water bottle must have been pretty light-weight/not strong. Let me know if you find a lid that works! I ended up tripping at work with my 60th water bottle in my hand, and the lid broke into like 6 pieces when it hit the ground :(

I had a mickey back pack rip on my way to the airport on my way home and noticed on another trip that the pajamas I bought had a hole in them after getting home. Both times I emailed the email the OP listed above with pictures of the items and receipts and they sent me a new one free of charge. The back pack had my name embroidered on it and the new one I received did as well. They are very nice about replacing items.

I had the same with the beauty and the Beast tumbler I bought for my sister as a gift. Thin crack on the side. Going to give them a call.

Also we bought the new Halloween Mickey pumpkin votive. Brought it from the shelf to the counter. The clerk said they had them in the back already packaged so she would get one. She came back with a brown sealed cardboard box. Since we were traveling home and brining it as a carry on, we didn't check it. When we got home and opened the packaging, it was a Mr. Potatohead mug. She also charged us for that when taking a second look at the receipt. We never though anything of it but she brought back a plain unmarked box. We thought nothing of it.

Long story long, we are getting a votive (what we intended to buy) in 7-10 days. However she didn't mention the price difference so we have to call back for that too. And the tumbler. Haha souvenirs were not our thing this trip apparently!
