I sure hope that everyone is well and safe in Goderich. I was shocked by the pictures of the devastation that I saw in the news

Me too! I know a couple people in the Goderich area. It was really shocking.

Greetings from Goderich. Thanks for the well wishes. Devastation is the only word to describe it, but fortunately loss of life didn't match loss of property. We were very lucky, being 6-7 blocks from the epicenter, and receiving little damage at all. Friends weren't near as fortunate. We have relocated to our trailer for a while, until power and gas are back on.

I am just about to watch the 6 o'clock news. I am looking at the front page of the Stratford Beacon Herald and it shows an aerial view of the church with the roof ripped off. Thoughts and prayers are with the people of Goderich. Glad to hear that you are OK.
