Gocery transfer during split stay

Has anyone ordered groceries during a split stay and had to move their food with them? How do they handle refrigerated items? Just keeping our options open.

Anything that needs refrigeration will go in a plastic bin that they put in a large storage fridge.

What I did, is I had bell services move all my luggage but I was a little worried about the cold stuff and how long it would be out during the actual transfer so I just took the cold stuff with me as I was heading to my next resort and I checked it with Bell Services there.
