In VMK. It replays in the soundtrack over and over, so it's hard to miss.

The beer thing is/was in VMK Central. It is/was in the background noise. If it's still there, you just have to hang out in the room for a short while before you hear it.

oh i just finished playing pirates and i saw the goats! also i noticed on the second level near the goats a lady that looked like she was listening to head banging music lol but she was really churning butter. lol then on the last part of level 2 there is a man/woman sticking their head out the window. but thats the thing, is it a man or woman? hmm
