Yup,we took very little cash w/us and used our debit card.However,before you leave,ask your bank to extend you the MAXIMUM daily withdraws.Most banks have a $300 max PER day. Good luck

If you don't normally travel alot, you might also want to call your bank and credit card company to tell them you'll be traveling out of state and will have some odd charges on your cards. I'm always afraid they'll see a bunch of out of state charges and put a hold on my account.

You have to have cash if you want snacks inside the Fantasmic theatre. Last year I got caught there with only $3.00 in cash, and couldn't leave because it was just me and DS12. I couldn't leave him there alone, and if we both left, we lost our seats! The snack stand inside takes cash only.

You shouldn't need any cash really. Like the above posters have stated, most all take some type of CC. The only time you should need cash is for mousekeeping, tipping for the luggage, and any snacks for Fantasmic. If you can, get some Disney Dollars. They are just as good as cash.
