Go with current Disney Store sale on costumes or wait?

Right now the Disney Store has costumes for 30% off. For today they also have free shipping. For our trip next year DH is really wanting to dress DD up like Alice. They have an Alice costume that's roughly $32 in her size. I don't normally follow the sales from the Disney Store so I'm wondering if it would be worth picking up now or waiting until after Halloween.

I'd wait until after Halloween to get a better deal. Plus they will probably have a surplus of Alice costumes after that movie came out earlier this year and wasn't too much of a hit.

There is usually a 50% off sale right around Halloween. However, sizes are limited by then. I think it depends on what size you want. Some sizes like 5/6 and 7/8 tend to sell out in many costumes.

We bought the Alice costume over the summer for the Mad Hatter Tea party at the Grand Floridian. It's a great costume, nice detailing and decent fabric. I bought it on a 40% off flash sale over the summer.

We'll probably need a 3 or a 4. She'll have just turned 3 at our next trip. She tends to be right on or a little behind on sizing with most of her clothes.

I'll keep an eye out as we get closer to Halloween. Since we have a year still I know we have time, but I'd hate to miss out on a good deal.

You will definitely have more luck getting a 3 or 4 on a good sale or clearance.
