Go, go, CRO!

You know, this trip, I've had the best luck ever with the CRO. The CMs have been gracious, even when they don't have the answers I would have liked. They've also been quick to offer to check with a supervisor when need be.

This morning, I called because I needed to make sure we could get the room reciept in dh's name even though the confirmation and deposit were made under mine. The CM said, should be fine as he's on the reservation, but she'd double check just to be sure. I had a brief time on hold and she was back! No problem.

Hats off to those wonderful CMs at the CRO.

I've noticed the same thing! I've spoken with several extra-helpful & friendly CMs in the past few weeks. It's such a nice start to a vacation!

P.S. I'm going to BE one of those extra-helpful CMs in a couple of weeks. I start my new job at CRO on the 10th!

I too have had great experiences with CRO on the phone. I had an especially nice woman the day I called to switch my AAA to the AP rate for July--so nice in fact that I sent Disney an E-mail complimenting her.

Never heard a thing back. Hmmmm.......

I've also noticed wonderful CM's anytime I've called for anything, CRO/WDTC or Dining, or Tours, they've all be great! Friendly, laughing, joking, gotta love it!
