My wife and I have will be staying at the Poly in early May. We have one day with nothing yet planned. We have park hoppers with a water park day so we are up for anything/anywhere. It's just the two of us, so we can start early and/or stay out late.
What would you do? Where would you eat? Plan out your dream day for us! Any and all suggestions are appreciated.

I can't answer without knowing your plans for the other days of your trip.

We are flexible. We are going primarily for Flower and Garden but I've booked a morning tour at MK one morning and Club Villian one night. Nothing else booked.

There are SO many things to do at DW and in Orlando as a whole.
You could do a AK/DHS day or a Universal day or a Sea World or Discovery Cove day. You could do a waterpark day and there are several to choose from.
There's many shows to choose from Like a La Nouba or Blue Man Group. There's dinner shows in and outside of Disney World.
You could splurge for a nice romantic dinner. There's a lot to do at disney springs and Universal City walk. There's plenty to do and it all depends on your personal tastes and interests.

Take advantage of the water park pass, go eat at one of the signatures like Artist Point, Narcossee etc., and spend evening in MK

Spend the day at Typhoon Lagoon, have dinner at Narcoosees and hit up MK after dinner if the hours allow it. :)

Awesome thread title.

I loved touring with just DH.

Make sure you check out some of the food kiosks at the F and G festival- I love the pineapple dole whip with rum.

Have a blast.

Exactly my dilemma...so many options. That's why I was hoping to have some fun with this and see what others would do.

I'd go to whatever park had morning EMH, then head to Epcot to wander Flower & Garden and snack and drink around the countries and kiosks. Break in the afternoon to cool off & clean up. Signature dinner maybe at Sanaa or Narcossee or Artist Point and close out the park with late EMH.

DH and I are going alone for our anniversary. We decided to park hop 3/4 parks on our open day. I've always wanted to do it, no plans just go with the mood of the morning.
We don't get to do that with kids.

If it was just the two of us and we had one extra day ( after going to all of the parks on other days) I would do the Backstage Magic Tour or hit up all four parks in one day on your own! Throw in a nice dinner somewhere and then close out at MK. perfect day for me.
