Did you guys hear that the DIS December event is renting out Wizarding World of Harry Potter for a night?? I'm not sure I can resist. I've been dying to see it and a private party seems like the way to do it!

I'm still thinking about making a day trip over to Universal on the next trip....I really would love to see it too! I definately would be denied holiday time in December though! That would be totally amazing! If you go C, you must take a zillion billion pictures!

Happy Presidents' Day all you American Gnomies! I spent half of it in your country! For us Canucks it's Family Day...well, those of us in Ontario anyway! I didn't realize that your shopping was quite so good this past weekend!!! How have I been missing out on these Presidents Day sales for so long?!

Hi everyone! Thought I'd pop in since it's been so quiet the last few days! Hope everyone is doing well!

So...anyone have any predictions or favourites for the Oscars tomorrow?

It HAS been quiet around here! How is everyone?

Life here is pretty much the same here but basketball season is over so it is nice to have Greg around more

Things are pretty stressful at work due to our placement on the state's persistently low achieving list. Lots of talk about "the Plan" but nobody really knows for sure what changes will happen in the next few months. Luckily, I think Greg's and my jobs are secure

Some happy news on the vacation front. Greg is now talking about possibly coming for at least part of the trip I had assumed he would not be willing to take the time off work/basketball. Now he is talking about possibly not returning to b-ball (still not convinced but we'll see). If he only comes for the first part of the visit, it sounds like he really wants to do Disney with the boys (during the thanksgiving weekend ). We'll see what he decides to do

That's nice that Greg is home more! I hope he is able to come on at least part of your trip! And it's always nice to feel like your jobs are secure!

We're doing our yearly reviews at work right now as well - even though I know mine will be fine, it still stresses me out! I think it's because I'm a perfectionist so any hint of criticism knocks my self-esteem straight to the lowest level possible. But considering that sales are up since I've been in my position, everything should be on a positive note! I guess I'll find out on Tuesday!

Anyone watch the oscars tonight? ALL of my predictions came true! I should have bet money instead of pizza!
