We have an upcoming trip and someone in our part has some allergies and is gluten free. Do the restaurants have menus or items that are gluten free?

Yes they do. Just let the server know. Often someone from the kitchen will come out and visit with your table about your needs. There is also an app that you can download on your phone with a list of all the Disney dining places along with the gluten free options that each place offers (both quick service & table service).

Honestly, 90% of restaurants have gluten free menus if you ask for an allergy menu. Disney World, for me, is gluten free nirvana. They have gluten free churros at Nomad lounge in AK - yes, churros! and if you give 50's prime time enough notice before your ADR, they can do GF fried chicken which is amazing. There are gluten free mickey waffles, pancakes (Kona can do the Macademia pineapple ones GF and even made me GF tonga toast before), tons and tons of options. Even if it isn't on the allergy menu, you can ask, the TS restaurants especially go out of their way.
