So this is the first time I'm going to DL avoiding wheat (we think I might be mildly allergic). I am also allergic to peanuts, tree nuts and eggs.
I've never been thrilled with the way DL handles allergies compared to WDW so I have a couple of questions.
How do you handle allergies there for CS? At WDW, they have ingredient binders at every CS place and the managers come out and ge tthe food for you....they are fabulous. We have not had the same experience at DL. For CS, do you go to city hall and get information or just ask at the CS restaurants?
Are the fries and sweet potato fries wheat free? Cross contamination is not an issue.
What are the best places for gluten free?
I am only going for 1 day on Saturday (I am local). But I do want to make sure I can eat something....but I'm bringing snacks with me just in case.
