I know Disney is incredible with their food options, so we want to eat (GF) our way through the world. I've made mental notes but don't want to forget a thing so I better start writing them down!!

What's not to miss???

So far I have:

Animal Kingdom - GF churros

Epcot - Via Napoli GF homemade pasta

Disney Springs - Chef Art's Homecoming

While I haven't had them, I was told POFQ has gluten free beignets. Loved the original so definitely worth a try if they do.

Three of my 'must-eats':

Hollywood Studios - GF Fried Chicken at 50s Prime Time (also GF S'mores)

Animal Kingdom Lodge - GF Bread Service at Sanaa

Polynesian - GF Pineapple-Macadamia Nut Pancakes @ Kona Cafe

Honestly some of my mom's favorite WDW snacks are the "naturally" gluten free type, not the altered to be GF- Dole Whip, Mickey bars, Ghirardelli sundaes, and popcorn.

I'm not sure which other restaurants have them, but the Crystal Palace served my mom a GF brownie that was phenomenal. They brought it out when they brought out my celebration cupcake, and the brownie was so much better than the cupcake! Other places brought out sorbet with my gluten-filled celebration treats though, and I haven't seen the brownie anywhere else though I doubt it's crystal palace exclusive.

GF Mickey waffles at most breakfast buffets or other places they serve Mickey waffles.
GF Beignets at POFQ.

Biergarten is a great options for gluten free dining. They just seem to have a lot more items available that are naturally gluten free. It's one of our favorites.

Boma breakfast, the boboti is so delicious! Chef also brings out a GF plate FULL of food!

Second for Sanaa. The bread service is good, but the entrees are incredible! And quite possibly the best mango lassi I've ever had

Skipper's Canteen - pork dinner and the GF pudding for dessert

GF version of Ohana dinner is great too. I got my own plate for apps, the meats are GF, and got my own dessert as well.

Totally addicted to the coconut meatballs and rice at Cap't Cook's!!

Yak and Yeti dinner was great too. Chicken Tika Masala. They even have GF cake for dessert!

I heard Homecomin' wasn't that great for GF? From what I read they don't have any GF desserts (which is of course the best part!) and limited GF items to mostly "naturally" GF food like fish options. Have they changed the menu maybe? If so I'm all in!!

I love the batter dipped sausages and fish and chips at Raglan Road. They also have onion rings.

I second the meatballs at Captain Cooks.

Yachtsman did a great dinner with GF Lobster Bisque and an ice cream sundae.

La Hacienda has a ton of good GF food.

I love this thread! We're heading down for our first trip since Celiac Disease diagnoses for me and DS. I didn't know about GF churros! I'm looking forward to GF fish and chips too!
