I just got back from a very very quick trip to WDW. I am new to the gluten free world and being a vegetarian it is very overwhelming when I eat out. I have to say that all the restaurants I enjoyed a meal at bent over backwards to accommodate me. I ate at Raglan Rd, where the manager spoke with me about my situation, Flyin Fish, where the chef cooked my meal himself, Kouzzina, where the chef gave me a free gluten free brownie, Cinderella's Royal Table, where they gave me more food than I could eat and San Angels Inn, where they made me cheese enchiladas that aren't even on the menu. Every restaurant had special bread and I felt like a VIP with all the extra attention. All in all they did a great job and I give kudos to Disney for gong above and beyond!!
