Gluten Free Snacks / Quick Service?

I'm going to be at Disney World later this month with my brother who has celiac.

Last time he was there was pre-Covid (2019), so I'm not sure what's changed since then.

Any recommendations for gluten free breakfast (quick service/grab and go) in Magic Kingdom and Epcot?

Recommendations for gluten free snacks in any parks?

We have a handful of table service meals booked at tried-and-true restaurants, but I want to be sure I have info for him for non-TS meals.
