Okay, my cruise was last August but I still dream of those rolls! Since going gluten free I miss bread the most, and those were the only thing I’ve ever eaten that comes close to “real” bread.

Does anything know what brand of gluten free rolls they use on the Magic? They were kind of square in shape so look pretty different to other roll options I’ve tried.

I can’t say that this is the brand but it’s hugely popular for many gluten free products in Europe and I have seen it over here in the states now. They have a website but I have seen some products on Amazon. My niece loves their stuff!

Their website:
Schar Gluten Free

DCL used to have Ener-G brand gluten free products, but I haven't checked on that in a few years.

A few weeks ago on the Fantasy we were served square-ish GF rolls, and looking at pictures they look like Bloomfield Farms.

The Schar Ciabatta rolls are square. Just noticed that Kroger carries the brand, in case you are near a Kroger.
