Gluten Free Quick Service

For those of you who have to eat gluten free, what has your experiences been at the quick service locations? Will I be stuck eating salad the whole time? Do the people who take your order understand what gluten free means? Are some locations more accommodating than others? Thanks for the input!!

Each location has an allergy friendly menu. Disney is very accommodating. Most places have gf bread/rolls. They have gf pizza and mac and cheese at Pinocchios in MK. The chef at BOG made me a croque monsieur on gf bread even though it's not on the allergy menu. They even have desserts like Enjoy Life cookies and O.M.G. It's Gluten Free brownies (which are yummy, by the way!). I feel like I can eat better at Disney than at home. They take all the guess work out.
