Gluten Free options

I heard (through a friend) that there are TONS of gluten free options at WDW - but I am just curious if all restaurants would cater to a child who is gluten free (not celiac, but gluten makes my daughter quite ill, and the last thing I want is her to have a very sore tummy and an itchy rash while we are on vacation)
I have looked at most of the table service restaurants (and they seem fine) but I haven't had too much luck with finding information on the quick services restaurants.
Is there already a thread discussing this? (sorry I'm new and I have done some searching, but nothing comes up...unless I am searching wrong LOL)
Do most QS places offer gluten free?
Is there a website on Disney's site that has a listing of gluten free foods at different QS locations?

My DD has celiac, and when we visited last year she was always able to find GF options. TS/QS - they all were VERY helpful.
Even at QS, a manager would come out and talk with us, then they would bring her food out separately. It was amazing!

Our few QS meals - (that I remember)
Pinocchio's Village Haus had GF pizza
Sunshine Seasons made her a special scrambled egg platter
Liberty Inn in Epcot had GF fries and burger buns

There are tons of GF options in Disney. I find some of the best to be foods that are naturally GF (like a burger without a bun from D-Luxe Burger or a steak from Jiko), but I was also impressed with the GF substitute options available at almost every restaurant (the flatbread at Pinocchio's was surprisingly good). Hopefully already posted my go-to GF resource site. Tons of info and reviews there. Also, check out the dining reviews page. Sometimes you'll catch someone doing a dining report who is GF or who has a GF family member/travel partner. Happy planning!

I'm wondering if I can sneak out early on one of our non-park days to buy gluten-free beignets from POFQ for my GF kids who haven't had a donut in 3 years!

Oh yum! I will have to check that out! My daughter hasn't had a doughnut in so long!
