Ok, here is a brief synopsis of what I found out today for GF options at the festival.
Below are the SAFE items per Disney chef, Chris.
AUSTRALIA: both the shrimp and lamb Dishes.. The Lamb was amazing
ARGENTINA: beef skewer without sauce
CARIBBEAN:NOTHING
MEXICO:NADA
SOUTH KOREA:NOTHING
which is a bummer because last year the lettuce wraps were GF!
SOUTH AFRICA: seared beef with sweet potatoes WITHOUT SAUCE
POLAND: Golabki
ITALY: NOTHING
SINGAPORE:Beef Rendang
JAPAN: Tuna and Salmon sensation WITHOUT SAUCE
NEW ZEALAND: Scallop dish
MOROCCO: NOTHING
PORTUGAL: Calamari salad
BELGIUM: NOTHING
FRANCE: Creme brûlée
IRELAND: Warm chocolate Lava Cake!! (I asked 3x about this and was told yup it IS GF!!). And try the MEAD! So good
CANADA: NOTHING
GREECE: Griddled Greek cheese
