Gluten free on the Podcast?

Anyone remember what episode contained a Gluten free dining segment? My gf has recently discovered she is Gluten intolerant and this would be of great help for our next trip. Thanks!

I don't remember which podcast it was but there is a thread on the DISabilities boards that you may want to read through. We are also gluten free and WDW is easy and delicious! If you want any suggestions, feel free to post and ask specifics! Also, if you make ADRs you can email the dietary department at SpecialDiets@DisneyWorld.com and they will send you a from to fill out and notify all the places you are eating before you arrive.

I think it is the Oct. 21, 2009 episode. I think it was Leah who did the segment regarding dietary restrictions.
