Gluten free lobster roll?

Does anyone know if they offer a gluten free lobster roll anywhere? I'm hoping Boardwalk Bakery does, my daughter would be so excited! She wants to try Lobster Mac & Cheese too.

Columbia Harbor House inside Magic Kingdom. I haven't tried it, but I look forward to it!

Was at CHH a few weeks ago, no more lobster roll but they did have a yummy lobster mac & cheese dish. I don't kinow if they have a GF version there. It was yummy!

Boardwalk Bakery was able to make a gluten free lobster sandwich on a round roll. DD loved it!
