I have 2 people in my party that have Celiac Disease and would love a list of items that are on the quick service dinning plan that are gluten free and if possible where I can find them in the parks I have been to Disney many times but have not had to worry about Gluten Free eating until this trip if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated!!?????

Pop over to the disABILITIES! board. There are lots of gluten free regulars over there.

Unfortunately, WDW is in the process of changing many of their allergy brands so none of us can get straight answers as to what specialty products are available right now. The allergy guide that the Special Diets department sends out if from July 2011 (just received it last week so I know they're still sending it) and is very much out of date.

Based on info from a couple regulars on that board who go frequently (as in they live down there and pop in at least once a month; I'm jealous) it seems that they bread products are all Udi's and the cookies and brownies are OMG...It's Gluten Free brand. There are lots of snack options all over the parks that are naturally gluten free such as most of the treats at the frozen carts and the popcorn. Also, there are a few CS locations in each park where you can get amazing gluten free chicken tenders, decent gluten free pizza and hamburgers with gluten free buns. Turkey legs are also gluten free. Several CS locations carry rotisserie chicken and ribs that are already gluten free as-is on the menu. There really are lots of options.

Thank you very much that helps alot the UDI's brand is our favorite as far as bread goes so that makes me happy It will make our Disney trip all the more exciting!!!!!!

Just came back from WDW last week. My partner has a gluten and lactose intolerance.

In terms of quick service she had:
Gluten Free Chicken Tenders (Restorantosaurus, AK)
Gluten Free Mac And Cheese (Restorantosaurus, AK)
Gluten Free Lobster Roll (Columbia Harbor House, MK)

All our other meals were sit downs and they all had wonderful Gluten free options made to order for her (Sci Fi Dine In, Artist Point, Raglan Road, 50's Prime Time, Le Cellier)

Most counter-service locations in the parks and resorts seemed to offer the same options. They all had Gluten Free pre-packaged chocolate chip cookies and brownies.
