gluten free dining

Check out the disAbillities forum on the Disboards. There is information on allergies. I know that they have gluten free rolls available.

I would suggest going over to the disABILITIES Forum. One of the first threads is the disABILITIES FAQs. On Post #3 we have a lot of information for people with dietary restrictions as well as useful links about special diets. To get directly to the disABILITIES FAQs from here just click on the link in my signature.

All rest. will accomodate gluten free dining. When you make adr's tell them you have a food allergy and they note the ressie. Counter service was always able to accomodate too with gluten free buns for hot dogs and hamburgers. Pizza planet in studios and other places that serve pizza always have a gluten free pizza available. Always let the server know and they will get the chef for you to discuss any and all options. The gluten free desserts are great too!! We look forward to eating many yummy gluten free fodds and desserts while in Disney. They always go above and beyond. They are more than prepared with many gluten free options but they don't list them ---- you must ask about them. Good luck!!!princess:

we took pictures at every meal and reviewed them here
gluten free food a t WDW

We love the gluten free dining!
Some places we REALLY loved were:
1900 Park Fare, Biergarten, Crystal Palace for Breakfast, Hollywood Vine for lunch, Liberty Tree for dinner....you can see reviews at the link.

There were some restaurants that are just great in general, but not so great for gluten free dining for us (that doesn't mean you'll have the same experience, though!). Pepper Market was a quick service that didn't handle our allergies well. Kona was a TS that was a bit of a let down for the allergies.

Most every other place was fabulous, though!
We are going again in Nov and I'll have oodles more photos when we get back from that trip!

Looking for recommendations for gluten free dining in WDW. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!:thumbsup2

Last year was my first trip to WDW and I'm wheat/gluten free. It was the best vacation ever! Every chef was so helpful and accommodating and the food was wonderful.

Last year I ate at: Spoodles, Marrakech, Season Counter Svc (by Soarin'), Cosmic Ray CS, Rose & Crown, Cape May, Crystal Palace, Whispering Canyon, Pinochio's Village, Mickey's Backyard BBQ, Akershus in Norway, Plaza at MK

Look over all the menu's at the places you're interested in going. If you see things that you would normally eat then you're good to go.

I'm going to try some new places (including Kona) this time. My main concern with Asian is the soy b/c that has wheat.

You'll be happy with how well WDW goes gluten-free.

Also, on the DISabilities board there are a lot of people who can offer much help. There are also a few dining reviews/trip reports from people who have done gluten-free.

Best Wishes!
