Gluten Free Dining Review Website

Hi,
We are huge WDW fans - mostly because of the gluten free options at every restaurant. Since our daughter was diagnosed with Celiac Disease three years ago, Disney has become our vacation hero. I am working on putting together a Disney Dining Resource of my website. (www.EatToLearn.com) Review are categorized by Park and Restaurant for easy searching. I don't have many yet, but I know that WDW accommodates gluten free guests everyday, so they are out there.

Thanks for sharing your info with us! It is great for newbies like myself to be able to see what other people enjoy. I've bought several things from the store that are just horrible.

But Van's Frozen Waffles are awesome! And if you contact them on their website they will send you some coupons.

I am really glad you like the website. When we first started planning our WDW trip, I did lots of restaurant research (especially on allears), but couldn't find many review from people with food allergies. I am looking forward to hearing about your gf experiences at the restaurants.

If you are new to the gluten free lifestyle (or not so new like us) there is a great blog called Everyday Gluten Free. It focuses on just day to day gf things like snacks, products and simple recipes. The website is: www.everydayglutenfree.blog.com
