Gluten Free at Ohana??

My family and i are going to the World in mid-July and so we were just looking over all our ADRs to make sure it is what we want. We were also checking to see that each place had GF options as my older brother was diagnosed with celiacs disease/wheat allergy a few months ago...(He is also deathly allergic to tree nuts, so we know how good Disney is with allergies). The one ADR we were not sure of was O'hana We were wondering what they put on the meat (ex. soy sauce, a dry rub, etc) and if it contained gluten. So if anybody has eaten at Ohana with celiacs or a wheat allergy i just wanted to know if the food was safe for him to eat and if not how do they accommodate?

We love 'Ohana. They prepare the food in the kitchen in a special allergy area and serve it on separate platters. We've eaten dinner twice and breakfast once. We'll be back. One of my girls is gluten free (among other things) and the other is tree nut free (among other things) and the chefs prepare one set of dishes for both of them.
