Gluten free at Grand Floridian cafe breakfast

I saw on the menu they have lobster benedict and my mouth is watering. Do you think if they just don't add the english muffin, it is gluten free? It is the only reason we are eataing there so if not, I want to book breakfast with Pooh for my kids!

The menu description on all ears says it is made with "lobster bread pudding". I'm assuming that's not gf

Benedict also suggests hollandaise which is sometimes thickened with flour.

Yeah when I was there in May, that was totally not an option. It did look like some kind of bread pudding. They didn't do anything fancy for me, but I wonder if you contact them ahead of time if you could have some sort of lobster related breakfast dish made (I've had this kind of thing done when contacting ahead of time, like at Boma they made me a gluten free/dairy free bobotie that was out of this worlld!).
