Gluten Free at Disneyland

I am planning my family's first trip to Disneyland next month. My son is on a gluten free diet. Does anyone know of any restaurants in Disneyland, the hotels or Downtown Disney that will make special meals?

You can call Disneyland and they will be able to tell you which restaurants will make the special diet foods. I have seen a couple of posts on here where people have done that.

Pizza Port can make gluten free pizza and pasta dishes--just ask to speak with the chef/back of house lead. The gluten free pasta is made from rice noodles. Not sure what's in the pizza.
