Glow with the Show Ears!

Here is my question. Do we know if the Glow with the Show Ears from Disneyland will work with the WDW upcoming shows at all? Im not tech savy so I dont know how this actually works. I would like to save money and not have to buy new ears from WDW and just use our DL ones. Thanks

From what I have read, yes they work at both parks.
