We are leaving tomorrow morning for 8 glorious days!

:cool1::cool1::cool1:

I was just at Target getting a few last minute items. I found glow sticks and glow bracelets in the dollar section located at the front of the store. You can get two glow sticks for $1 and 6 bracelets for $1. These are great for the Spectromagic Parade and other nighttime shows! I just thought I would share with everyone!

Thanks!! Enjoy your trip!

I actually stocked up at my local dollar tree for packages of similar types and amounts.

PS... general consensus is to not pack them in carry on. One glow stick snuck through (both ways because it was unused, as it was lost in a pocket of the carry on bag) in my carryon, but most of them I put in bubble wrap in my checked baggage.

I just recently pick up a tube of 15 bracelets and connector pieces at Dollar Tree for $1 in case you have one in your area. :thumbsup2

Dollar tree has really cute glow stuff righ know because of halloween. They have glow wands with stars, hearts, and flowers on top. For boys they have glow swords, that thing king Triton carries (forgot name). They also have some fun glow charms (something that glows attached to a plastic coated string).

All fo $1 :goodvibes:goodvibes

I bought these last year and we had about 40 or so left over. So this year I brought them with me and handed them out to random children (of course asking their parents first) during MNSSHP. It was probably the best part of my night, watching how excited the kids would get and the parents were so appreciative. I really enjoyed doing something nice for a random stranger.

They have all kinds of Glow sticks and bracelets at Target in that area where you first walk in the door for 1.00.

Just a word of advice, if you plan on getting the necklaces that are like 18" long before you snap them and curl them into the necklace shape with the connector, they can be a little hard to carry around the park til nightfall. I bought some at the dollar store and wound them around our service dog's harness and put Mickey ears on him for MNSSHP and called him a tourist, but they were a pain in the butt to keep in my bag and be mindful of not snapping them early. The little ones, bracelets stuff like that wouldn't be a problem, but the long package was really cumbersome, wouldn't be an issue if you had a locker though.
