glow sticks/necklaces on planes

Anyone know if these are allowed on carryon? Will check the FAA website but figured it probably isn't listed and thought maybe someone would have first hand knowledge.

So basically, it will depend more on how the TSA is acting that day it seems. One link says no problem, other says could be a problem

Basically glow sticks are liquid. If you have them in the original container and it says their size (i.e. less than 3.4 ounces) you can put them in a zip log bag (if they will fit) and carry them on. Otherwise, I would check them.
