Globe spinner?

I read a tip to get a globe spinner for an infant to keep them occupied in lines at Disney. I guess it is like all the light up princess spinners, but it doesn't have the extensions to hit them in the face. Where can you get these??

I think somebody mentioned at Fantasmic. We were not going to do that show, can I still get one?

It seemed like as soon as it starts to get dark, there were carts and CM's everywhere with the light-up toys to sell, but they were other places too. My DS got a Buzz Lightyear one at the Pirates of the Caribbean gift shop in the middle of the afternoon. There were some that were like a ball-globe type thing, I don't think they had anything sticking out of them. If you're going to see SpectroMagic, they were out with them in the middle of Main Street, CM's walking around with them hanging off their pockets and things, and at Illuminations too.

On a side note, I saw some awhile back at the Family Dollar store here that I was thinking of buying before our trip, if they still have them.

I've seen them at both Walmart and Target. Not Disney themed but the basic globe spinner. My daughter got one last year when we were at Stone Mountain Park in GA (she was 4 months) and she loved those lights I can imagine it would be a good distraction for an older ''baby''.

I would be quite careful with a WDW globe spinner and an infant. I am sure they are not safety aproved for that age. Now if an adult holds it at all time and she just watches, that might be great. All toys are labeled with age limits on them. Often they also have parts that might come off and produce a choking hazard or have sharp edges. A new infant flashing toy your buy ahead and save might be better. I am sure you could fine a disney one too.
