Glitter-filled font??

Anyone know how I can make my letters look like glitter inside the outline?

PSE? There are free layer styles and free patterns available which do this effect. Just search Google for free PSE glitter ........ and you should find them. I don't know exactly where I got mine.....will try to post links after I am home from work!
