Glitch for Dining Packages?

Was trying for Fantasmic package for Dec 2. There were lots of options for times and restaurants. Site delvelopec a hiccup and now nothing. No available times within seconds. Tried different dates too

Rose and Crown pretty much same thing. Nothing showing up. Not sold out , just nothing Tried booking by phone and just got a “ hm”
 
Seems like a glitch to me. Unfortunately, the cast members don’t usually know when something is amiss with IT. When I was looking for my reservations a few weeks ago they were plenty of Fantasmic options, so I agree with you. This seems awfully like an IT issue.
 
@sandy3126 I'm sorry, it totally sucks when Disney fails like this. Sadly the Disney IT system is so bad it's a bit of a joke. They've had years, and years, to fix the problems yet they prevail. Why? Is Disney just cheap? or is the IT department incompetent or is it bit of both? From what I know of people that work there it's both, Disney keeps trying to use old tech to solve new problems and they don't fully vet the new systems before they get deployed. That doesn't help you a bit, or the many others that get burned like you did.

In the 1983 movie, War Games, the computer Joshua/WOPR finally states "Strange game. The only way to win is not to play." That's about the best suggestion for dealing with Disney... don't. :(
