Campers-
Adam- Dh, 32 y.o.
Me-
Logan-DS #1 4y.o.
Dalton- DS #2 2y.o.
Staying at Fort Wilderness in a tent.
Day 1- Nov. 12, 2001
Wake up around 6am, finish packing the car and wake boys up. Stuff car full of everything we will need for the next 4 days camping in FW. Leave the house at 7am.
Arrive 10am- After several stops on the Fl turnpike because we kept thinking the stroller was going to fly off of the roof rack. We arrive, get our camp site right away and go and set up.
11:30am- Go to AK. Did Safari, saw the gorillas on the Pangani Trail, saw new parade (WOW was that great!), have lunch at the Tusker House. Great rotisserie chicken and potatoes. Saw "It's tough to be a bug" Loved this show, it had all sorts of surprises!
5:30pm- Go to AKL for dinner. Toured the resort somewhat. Saw the pool and viewing area in the back. The lobby is breath taking. Had the buffet at Boma. Highly recommend for dinner with children. Very accommodating with stroller and kids. Delicious prime rib and ceasar salad.
9pm- Return to camp site. Put kids in PJ's and to bed. Built tiny campfire and snuggle with DH. In bed by 10pm.
