glass slipper favor ideas

I just bought a bunch of those plastic glass slippers for my wedding favors, but I dont really know what to do with them. What are your ideas to do with them and what to put them in?

If you sew at all it would be cute to but them on little blue satin pillows and maybe put some silver kisses in them. Or have someone slit something in the back for a pic of you and DF?

I've seen them wrapper in tulle with jordan almonds... have also heard of someone putting them in boxes, they have special ones to use as place card holders.... I would dress them up with your wedding colors some how.

i have bought these glass slippers aswell and put some pink and white loveheart sweets in a pink tulle bag tied with pink and white personalised ribbon, these look adorable. just a idea for you

I used silver candy-coated chocolate hearts in my favors...I had seen them somewhere at some point and knew that I wanted to use them. I used clear acrylic boxes, though, not glass slippers...

Well, my idea would be to use them as seating card holders. I work as a banquet server and a couple of weddings that I've done, they have used these as place cards. They also use these as favors with candies. I guess whatever you feel would work for you is the right way to go!! It's your wedding and you should do what you please!!! Also, I've seen them as ice sculptures and believe me, they're gorgeous!!!! Hope this helps!!!

I know I have seen the sports chocolates somewhere before, but I haven't been able to find them. Where did you find yours? This would be a perfect combo for us. My fiance' sold his house last month and moved in...I haven't watched the television since...baseball, hockey, football, basketball, golf (college and professional for all sports !)....need I say more.

We are filling ours with 5 silver Jordan Almonds each with a poem that reads:

Jordan Almonds for Thee
Five sugared almonds for each guest to eat
To remind us that life is both bitter and sweet.
Five wishes for the new husband and wife --
Health, wealth, happiness, children, and a long life!

We are going to put them in these boxes

Our boxes are stone colored and read "The Perfect Fit" we are tying them off with "Happily Ever After" ribbon.
