Glass Slipper Drink at Cinderella's Castle???

Hi all! I think we might book lunch at Cinderella's Castle. What is this:

The Glass Sipper - A frozen fruit smoothie served in our Cinderella's collectors mug. Take home a piece of the castle. $8

Is the glass shaped like a glass slipper?

How late can we book lunch? Thanks. S

I ordered this in Dec. and I read it as "glass slipper" . I'm not the first. When I asked my server why it was in a glass mug instead of a slipper she snapped at me to read the menu better and showed me where it said sipper not slipper. I laughed at my mistake and told her she must get asked about the "slipper" loads of times each day and how tiring that must be for her. Once she realized I wasn't about to throw a fit (perhaps other have) her whole attitude changed and she admitted that the wording is a bit misleading and that alot of people expect the "slipper" instead of a mug. She asked if we wanted to pay for the mug or have the price adjusted to just pay for the drink and not keep the mug. We decided not to keep the mug and the drink is yummy. The see through glass mug has an etching of cinderella's coach on it and is fine, hard to compete with a nonexistent slipper though

They really should change that name though... where else in the world would they call a drink of a smoothie in a souvenir glass a "glass sipper"? It's like they WANTED people to get it mixed up with a slipper.
Cinderella? Glass slipper?
Please... they have to be playing a joke on us.

HAHAHA Very Funny. In 2002 we almosted ordered it and decided against it because of the $8 cost for something we did not see anyone else with. HAHA - we didn't see it because we were looking for a slipper and until now I did not know we should have looked for a SIPPER!

OH, I have one! I ordered the drink with the souvineer mug. The mug is very nice, heavy, clear glass. The drink is $5 and the mug an extra $3. We asked for 3 extras (purchased at $3 a piece and took them home full of pixie dust and little trinkets (pens, etc) for my 3 younger siblings. They were a huge hit and a cheap souvie!!! Ren

Hi everyone,

We ordered the drink too during lunch, but the starwberry smoothie was a bit too sweet for me and I couldn't imagine an eggnog smoothie! so I just kept the crazy Mickey straw and she gave me a receipt to go pick up a new cup. Which is a nice souviner.
