glass bottomboat excursion-Nassau/Freeport?

I need some experienced cruisers to tell me their opinionabout this excursion. We are two weeks away and are counting the hours! Any last minute recommendations for excursions for the Wonder? We have two girls, 7 and 11, (who really want hair braids most of all) and we are SOOOOO excited!inkbounc

It's been many years since I went on the glassbottom boat in Nassau. I didn't care for it all that much. You would probably have a better time swimming with the dolphins at Blue Lagoon or spending the day on the beach (where they do braid hair) and waterpark at the Atlantis Casino (this would involve paying for a room at the Atlantis or Comfort Suites).

We did the glass bottom boat experience in Freeport on our 12/16 Wonder cruise. We enjoyed the excursion. It was a nice boat ride out to 3 different reefs and then two divers got in the water and started to feed the fish and they brought up this huge stingray to the glass for everyone to see. It is something we would do again.

Which beach did the hair braiding? I am really undecided about this, the girls really want it done, but waiting until the last day of the cruise to have it done at CC seems a bit anticlimatic. However lice sounds awful!!!
