Has anyone hada problem bringing in glass baby food jars into the park? I know that they have a no glass policy; but does this also include baby food?

Thanks for all your help.

When our DD's were small, many years ago, we always brought in baby food
glass jars. That's all that was available. I can't believe that there would ever
be any sort of problem-your baby has to eat! Have fun!:goodvibes

well my son is now seven so sort of out of the loop on this stuff, but they do make the plastic jars now. Maybe you could get some of those for your trip. But I don't see why it would be a problem as the previous poster said. Your child has to eat! good luck on your vacation.:cool1:

according to WDW website, glass baby food jars (and perfume bottles) are excluded from the glass container restriction. You shouldn't have a problem.

I would be more worried about them breaking while in the parks in my bag. I think to be safe I would get some of the plastic ones they have now. They have a nice lid to close it back up also. But we didn't have a problem bringing glass in.

As far as I know, glass baby food jars are exempt from any glass restriction anywhere. Even on airline flights (just checked). Put the jar into a small Ziploc in case it does spill and you'll be set.

I took in glass jars for DS two years ago, and I never had a problem. No CM's questioned it, and none of them broke either.
