I made at reservation at our home resort (OKW) for a two-bedroom the first week of December at 11 months out. At 7 months I called and got on the wait list for a two-bedroom at BWV. I called today just to check and see if anything had come through, and the castmember said, "You're not on the waitlist for a two-bedroom, you're waitlisted for a one bedroom."
Since it hadn't caused any problems, I just laughed and said, "I'm sure glad we didn't get it, because we'd never fit in a one bedroom." Not only that, but I had requested to be on the wait list just for a standard view because the points were the same as at OKW -- when I called today I was going to add that we would also take a preferred view if it came up, as we decided we could spare the points. He also told me that we were already waitlisted for preferred view, which I know I had not requested. I don't know how it all got that mixed up, but it sounds like it would be a good thing to check a week or so after getting on the wait list to make sure it's correct.

I had requested that the change be made without contacting me, so I would have been changed to a one bedroom without any notice. We are bringing guests with us on this trip, so I don't know where we would have put everyone!

The cast member was very nice and he's got it changed now, but I'm sure glad it didn't come through earlier!
