gktw ticket question

I really don't know if I am posting this question in the right place, but I'll give it a try.
This is my situation: We went on a MAW trip earlier this year with my daughter. We were given the 3 day complementary ticket. Due to circumstances, we did not use them. The expiration date is 1-17-15. I am assuming we can still use them? I think the guy at GKTW said they were only good for the week we were there?
We are attempting another visit, wondering if we can use these? If so, do we have to have them switched over to the hard version ticket? When and where can we do that?
I'd appreciate it if someone could make this make sense to me!!

I googled it and the PDF with gktw information said you have to use it within two weeks of being given the tickets.

I agree with intheshadows - this sounds like a question for your Wish organizer.

It's possible they are still valid, since the expiration date is on the card and is not passed, but I don't know what the rules are for those tickets.

Maybe I should contact GKTW directly? I have a feeling MAW won't know since they did not deal with the tickets at all.
Or just show up at the gate and if we can use them, great. If not, just buy new tickets.

You could try contacting MAW. After thinking about it, my guess is that the tickets would be good for one week after FIRST USE. THat would make sense because it is how tickets generally work. I would try MAW though.

I agree that you should contact GKTW - if anything, maybe they could take your unused tickets and give you ones that would work? If you didn't do the parks on your trip, then you didn't get access with your MAW button, does that expire too - if it wasn't used?
