places to eat for dinner.

Last time we were there in 02 we did (from what I remember)
Sc-fi- Good, fun, probably won't do it again next trip
Coral Reef- really good, might do it again
Cindy's castle - really good, I plan on doing it again
Liberty Tree Tavern (character) - really good, probably will not do it again

I think I am forgetting one

This summer's trip that is still in the planning stage, from what I have read
I'm thinking maybe
OHANA'S
ESPN - we didn't even make it to DTD last time
Chef Mickeys -

Is me, DW, DD 10,DD7,DS 5 :thewave:

My favorites (i've been on adult only trips so far!)
1. California Grill
2. O'hana
3. Folton's Crab House
4. Flying Fish Cafe
5. San Angel - its about the atmosphere not the food!

For our next trip we are taking the kids so I have to re-evaluate.

Great idea for a thread!:)

For a wide range of dinners Id go with...

Yachtsman Steakhouse
Ohana
Mama Melrose
Kona Cafe
ESPN

Thanks

I can tell you that although I have heard mixed reviews of the Coral Reef, it was one of our favorite meals. The food was really good, the desert we had was outstanding and the kids really enjoyed watching the fish, we got a table next to the tank. It is a little expensive.

Quick question
If we eat at Ohana's for example
Will I have any problems driving there and parking just for dinner.

I am not sure if we are staying onsite or offsite yet. (accomodations for 5 gets more complicated but I digress :teleport:

Thx

My five favorites:
LeCellier
California Grill
Mama Melrose
Prime Time
Ohana

I've never had any problem parking at the Poly for dinner--the guard just checked to make sure I had a PS and let us in.

Nope, there shouldnt be a problem parking, even without a PS(which I would recommend getting one for Ohana). I recently had someone meet me while I was at the lounge there. They drove in, told the guard they were meeting someone in the lounge and had no problem. We were also stopped by a guard at AKL while going to breakfast without a PS. We just told him we were going to eat, and he gave us a pass.

Just 5 huh? Well, if I have to choose just 5, they would be

Artist Point
Boma
LeCellier
Crystal Palace
Marrakesh

1. Kona
2. Ohana
3. Kimonos
4. Casey's
5. Beaches & Cream

Garden Grill (Epcot)
Narcoossee's (GF)
San Angel Inn (Epcot)
Yakatori House
'Ohana

(Sorry - but I have to say Cape May Buffet, too. Those Oreo bon-bon things are really yummy!)

For good food AND fun:

Boma
Marrakesh
Prime Time Cafe
Chefs de France
Whispering Canyon Cafe

Our top five are:

Ohanas (Character Breakfast)
Fulton's Crab House
Coral Reef at Epcot
Concourse Steakhouse
Back to Fulton Crab House!

This time we are trying California Grill at Wishes showtime which we heard was amazing and hopefully the food will please my kids as well.

Ohana
Boma
California Grill
Cinderella's Royal Table (NOT breakfast!)
Jiko
