Paradise Garden Grill in DCA.....if they are back to their normal Mediterranean skewers with 3 different sauces (you can get all 3), cucumber salad and pita........YUM!

Jolly Holiday. Tried it for the first time and loved it. And it is so convienent to everything. We cancelled TS at Carnation Cafe after we walked into Jolly Holiday and saw the food/goodies. DH had soup, I had a tomato mozzarella pesto sandwich and I thought all the flavors were amazing.
DH also wanted the cinnamon roll for dessert but we were very good and had the salted carmel Mickey Macaroon instead.

I love Plaza Inn, Earl of Sandwich (DTD) and also French Quarter. We always eat here! My last trip we ate at Jolly Holiday Cafe..so darn yummy! I tried the Roast Beef sandwich and the Chicken salad sandwich. Both came with house cooked chips! I can't wait to eat there again next trip! Also, the corn dog..must have it every trip!!!

We love Rancho del Zocalo! Yummy food and FREE soda refills (keep your reciept). Our other favs are Earl of Sandwich (best mac'n'cheese) and Napolini in DTD.

Snack favs are popcorn, churros (especially the mini churros from the Cozy Cone) and ice cream sundaes from Ghiradelli. That place makes you feel like your really in San Fran!

I second whoever said avoid Redd Rockets Pizza Port!

Bengal Barbeque! Hands down. Or perhaps I should say hooves down. Lol
Love the Safari Skewer,it is bacon wrapped asparagus. And the Chieftain Skewer. So delicious. It is chicken in an alleged Polynesian sauce.

Oh I love Bengal BBQ! A skewer and a mickey pretzel make a wonderful snack

This may not be up to foodie standards , but I love the Cozy Cone filled bread cones in DCA. There's a chili one, a chicken one, a breakfast one - YUM! They had a mac and cheese one at Xmas but I think it was seasonal. We also really like Earl of Sandwich in DTD and the bread bowls at Pacific Wharf Cafe.

What makes the Cozy Cone Mac N Cheese with Bacon even better? Mixing in spoonfuls of DH's Chicken Verde cone, and visa versa. And holding the hot cones in the cool rain while waiting for the perfect evening-time RSR FP time to come up to grab.

Bengal Barbeque has always been my favorite. I get a spicy beef skewer, a veggie skewer and a tiger tails (bread) to dip in the sauce!

I would suggest trying the gumbo from the Royal Street Veranda (tucked into the wall just to the right of POTC). I had never noticed this little window before, but now that I do I am going to stop by for gumbo every trip!
