Yes I have booked the room and I had an e-mail from the hotel the other day and yes i'm sharing with Theresa who I have heard from, she is picking me up on Saturday morning.

Just when we thought everything was going swimmingly, we have now come across a few problems

Deb - Isn't able to come as she is poorly

So sorry you can't make it Deb and I hope you're feeling better soon. Did you manage to cancel your rooms or have you had to pay for one night ?

Anna had originally booked a room for her and Jo, but she is unable to come now. Anyway due to problems with her CC the booking hasn't been accepted and I am not sure whether Jo now has a room (Anna I hope you've been able to get in touch with Jo)

Could you all reply to this thread please, just so we know what's happening and so we can help Jo sort out her room

Just read this thread (just as well) and after mild palpitations I've rung the hotel and there is no longer a room booked for my booking ref.

I don't have Anna's number but I know that the hotel have spoken to her and so I know she is aware of the situation. (Anna - please can I have my share of the room cost back)

I have just rang the Hyatt and they are putting a rollaway bed in our room for Jo (at an extra charge), so she has a bed now

So sorry that you have been messed around a bit Jo - but at least it's sorted now

Jo, I am so glad you managed to find a bed for the night - you know one of us would have helped you out and, let's face it, you're probably going to be that drunk, you won't care where you sleep - that's my theory anyway I hope you manage to get your share of the room back soon - now the postal strike is over, maybe if Anna gets it in the post straight away, you may have it for Saturday

Anyway, although it appears that our numbers have dwindled a little bit, I'm sure we'll all have a great time and I, for one, am really looking forward to it
