I have blonde moments all the time Mandy! Yes we are on our way to the SAS Radisson, will probably go and have a look around the airport to find out where to go on Saturday morning and find somewhere to eat, knowing the kids it will be McDonalds!

Not long now - I am trying to sort out what to pack as DH is away for the next couple of days and I need to sort me and DS out

I've just been drooling over the menus, and trying to decide what I fancy this weekend

I may go for the Penne Con Bufala or the Pollo Con Funghi which could be followed by the Tiramisu and accompanied with a glass (or several) of Pinot Grigio

I think I'll be going for either the Mushroom Ravioli or the Cannellonni, perhaps followed by Chocolate Glory or a Tiramisu and a glass of Pinot Grigio Blush

BarEstilo (Sat Night - 8pm) http://www.barestilo.co.uk/birham.htm

It could be the Vegetarian Paella or the Lamb Shank. The choccie desserts sound fab, but I may go for the Sticky Toffee Pudding. The cocktail list looks good too, especially the Estilo Passionate Fruit Punch (dark and light rums with passionfruit juice)

Really, really excited now. Had a last-minute panic when Rea had to go to A&E this morning for an x-ray but everything is OK so I can safely leave them with 'Dad' knowing that they should be fine while I am off galivanting

I haven't started packing yet but got my clothes ready to iron and pack tomorrow evening. I'm leaving here on Friday morning after I drop Daniel at school, expecting to be at Nat's by lunchtime - can't wait to see everyone
