FRIDAY 19TH OCTOBER AK AND RR

Coronado Springs Resort and Hard Rock Hotel
Andrea chief planner, chief of money (for this holiday) and generally chief of everything.
Andy chief provider of money and unwilling participant of this holiday
Kara chief spender of money and very willing participant of this holiday due to the fact that Mum and Dad were paying.
Lucy chief of all red heads and chief moaner (especially in hot weather).
Unanimous decision to visit AK again today we love the place!
Lucy was chosen yet again to wind the board up as part of the opening ceremony, which she did with a bit of a smirk on her face.
We gave the VIP passes to a lovely young couple next to us, who had never been to AK before they were thrilled!
Hit EE at least 6 times, one after the other. As soon as the lines got too long we went on as single riders we love this ride and were lucky enough to have ridden it last year just after it first opened.
Went on the safari ...
and whilst walking back through Africa we spotted this under the bridge
Quick spot of lunch...Is my mouth going to be big enough to fit this in? Of course it is, Kara
and then headed back to the pool for more sunbathing and sleeping (for a change??)
ADR for RR at 8.30pm had a look round Pleasure Island first as we have never really ventured into this area before.
Given a beeper thing but we only had time to wander round the rather expensive shop before it went off.
RR wont be everyones cup of tea it is very, very loud if you are seated in the main room (and we were) but all of us really enjoyed it. Probably the best food so far of the holiday. The ribs for starters were yummy.
Sat about 2 tables away from the band
Girl came on and did one rather small jig. Will definitely go again great atmosphere. Think the bill came to about $120 including drinks.
Lucy then decided she wanted a braid put in her hair (another thing I thought she might have grown out of! along with collecting pins and getting in never ending lines to see the characters
)
As you can see Kara was really impressed with waiting whilst it was done..
Tomorrow planned for our last day at Disney to go back to TL but the weather forecast was rain so we decided to go to our least favourite place MK. We like it least but nine times out of ten, we go when its raining, its empty and we have a ball this time was to be no different!!
