Ruben took today off since he works tomorrow until 4:30, so we are going to go out and have some fun while the kids are in school! Ummm, not sure what we are going to do, but hey, it's Vegas, we should be able to come up with something. lol

Thanksgiving for us is a bunch of dishes that we like..and no turkey! No one likes it anyway, hubby and I are veg so it's just some chicken for the boys this year.

I made the mistake of taking an available time slot for massage today. I wasn't thinking about having a day to do prep.. oops! I will be icing and drinking water tonight instead of making bread and chopping vegetables. Plus the day after a massage, I'm usually very sore and achy. Feels good later with my neck and shoulders loosened up, but that first morning after it's hard to move.

Just have to trust hubby to deal with it, while I direct him from the couch.

From reports I have read thus far.. the gift card deal at the grocery stores is sticking only to the cards listed in the ad Applebee's, Amazon, Itunes -forgot the rest.... booooo. Disney card would have been a nice deal. Amazon would be good, I find deals all the time on Amazon for boring stuff like toilet paper, pumpkin and cat food. Not to be used all at the same time.

Just wanted to wish you all a wonderful Thanksgiving and let you know that this year I am thankful for you! You make my life so much better, just knowing I have such great friends I can turn to when I am happy, sad, or frustrated and who will understand and offer up kind words and good advice along with a laugh or two!

And to my Canadian friends....happy Thursday and I hope you don't all get stampeded when you come down to shop at the black friday deals!

I just wanted to let everyone know to check their messages on Facebook for their Christmas card list.

I am so tired. Out all day running errands. And now I have a headache, fever and sore throat. I took some Airborne, and NyQuil. Maybe a good night's sleep will help. Gotta rest up for Black Friday! Maybe... lol
